Tâches et responsabilités

Soutien, le chef du bureau de Zurich dans la gestion de l’agenda quotidien, des rendez-vous et des réunions de l’organisation (internes et externes).

Soutien à l’organisation des réunions et des événements du bureau ou du département organisés au bureau de Zurich ou par celui-ci, y compris l’établissement de l’ordre du jour, la rédaction des procès-verbaux et les dispositions logistiques.

Responsable des tâches de réception, y compris les visiteurs, les courriels officiels et les demandes de renseignements téléphoniques et le traitement des demandes.

Gérer les besoins administratifs du bureau, y compris la gestion des stocks de matériel de bureau et d’installations, la gestion des factures.

Coordination avec Logistics Geneva et divers prestataires locaux.

Coordonner la gestion interne des connaissances de l’information et l’archivage.

Fournir un soutien de secours au personnel de Zurich au besoin
Your profile
Education
Essential : Commercial school with a federal examination or similar qualification

Tertiary degree or equivalent
Desired : Additional relevant qualifications or certifications
Experience
Essential :

Previous experience as an assistant in project coordination or management.

Project management
Desired : Experience with an NGO/international organization is a plus.
Languages
Essential:

German and Swiss German (fully fluent C2)

French and English (C1 fluent written/oral)
Desired:

Italian would be a plus
Skills/ Technical competencies

Good secretarial skills, client oriented (writing / oral) with attention to detail.

Facility and event management.

Exposure to the NGO world and/or humanitarian topics, a plus.

Proficiency in IT, internet navigation, and office software

Terms of employment

Full-time position 100% (40h/week)

Gross annual salary (for 100%): from CHF 80’856.- to CHF 97’224.- (salary commensurate with equivalent experience and internal salary grid)

Congés payés : 25 jours par an, au prorata temporis, plus les jours fériés suisses compris dans la durée du contrat.

Plan de pension : contribution retraite prise en charge à 3/4 par MSF, 1/4 par le personnel.

Forfait de relocalisation en cas de déménagement d’un autre pays vers la Suisse.
